The Laumas W100RIP remote panel-mount display can now be used in hazardous-area environments with the ADPE W100RIP Explosion-Proof Box upgrade.

This new casing is made of light aluminium alloy and features a heat-resistant, transparent tempered glass window, allowing safe, clear viewing of the W100RIP display inside.

This casing allows the standard W100RIP connections for power (12-24VDC, 5W), relay outputs (5 – max 115VAC/150mA) and serial ports (RS485, RS232), with peace of mind, preventing any potential sparks from igniting combustible dusts, vapours and gases that may be present in the weighing space.
