The Lutron SC-941 is a precise sound calibrator, ideal for accurately tuning sound level meters with its 94 dB output at 1000 Hz. It's compatible with 0.5-inch and 1-inch microphones and boasts a low total harmonic distortion of only 2%, complying with IEC942 Class 2 standards.

This device is powered by two 006P DC 9V batteries (not supplied) and features a durable bench-type housing with built-in over-input protection. It's energy-efficient, with a power consumption of approximately DC 7 mA, and includes a handy battery test indicator.
