Specifications

The EPack-2PH covers a nominal current range of 4 to 125 amps, with a nominal voltage from 100V to 500V (+10%/-15%) and accuracy of ±2% of full scale, operating at 47Hz to 63Hz. Short circuit protection is provided by external supplemental high speed fuses, and the unit supports firing modes including variable modulation burst firing, fixed modulation period and logic mode. Control modes include V² control, I² control, true power control, open loop with feedforward and trim modes, and current limitation by transfer. Load configurations of star without neutral (3S) or closed delta (3D) are supported. The unit features a 1.4 in. diagonal TFT display for configuration, monitoring and diagnostics, dual port Ethernet with an integrated RJ45 switch, and standard functions including counter, logic and math blocks, 16-point linearization, timer and totalizer, with energy counter, OEM security and graphical wiring available as options. Operating temperature range is 0 to 45°C at 1000m (32°F to 113°F at 3280 feet), derating to 0 to 40°C at 2000m (32°F to 104°F at 6562 feet), with a storage temperature of -25°C to 70°C (-13°F to 158°F).

Each model is built to order using Eurotherm's EPack-2PH order code, which lets you specify auxiliary power supply, control option (V², I², or power control), transfer option, energy measurement, communications protocol (Modbus TCP, EtherNet/IP or PROFINET), OEM security, warranty, fuse type, nominal load current and line voltage, load configuration and type, heater type, firing mode, and analog and digital input configuration. Existing units can also be upgraded in the field with additional chargeable options using a software key order code.
