With six power contacts plus a protective earth, rated at 35A and 690V conductor-to-conductor, it is built for demanding industrial power distribution, machine supply, and high-current control applications.

What the Han HsB Insert Does

A Han B connector assembly comprises three main components: a housing (base and hood), and the insert. The insert sits inside the housing and carries the electrical contacts. The Han HsB series uses screw termination — conductors are inserted and clamped by tightening a screw terminal — and is engineered for high-current power circuits where connection reliability and low contact resistance are critical. This insert (6HsB-M-S) provides the male pin side of the connection; the corresponding female insert provides the socket contacts on the mating half.
