The Harting 09330006105 Han E M Crimp Contact Ag 1.0 mm²/18 AWG is a male pin crimp contact for the HARTING Han E® connector system, sized for 1.0 mm² (AWG 18) conductors — the finest conductor variant in the Han E male crimp contact range. Together with the 1.5 mm² (09 33 000 6104) and 2.5 mm² (09 33 000 6102) variants, it completes the three-size Han E male silver crimp contact family, allowing mixed-gauge wiring within a single Han E insert body to suit a wide range of circuit types in one connector assembly.

Each contact is crimped individually onto its conductor and inserted into the Han E insert body until retained by the locking mechanism. At 16 A operating current and ≤1 mΩ contact resistance, the 1.0 mm² variant carries the full current rating of the Han E contact system through a finer conductor — making it particularly appropriate for control circuits, sensor wiring, and instrumentation lines where conductor weight and bend radius matter alongside current capacity.

Groove Identification System

HARTING uses a groove-based contact identification system so that the correct contact size can be confirmed visually and by touch during assembly, even in poor lighting or when multiple contact sizes are present on the workbench. The groove count maps directly to conductor size tier:
