Han Insert Female 6 pin+E 16A Size 6B Screw Termination

The Harting 09330062701 Han E 06 Pos. F Insert Screw is the female (socket) screw-termination insert for the HARTING Han E® connector system, sized for Han B size 6B housings. It is the direct mating counterpart to the Han E 06 Pos. M Insert Screw (09 33 006 2601) — together they form the complete male/female insert pair for a 6-contact + PE Han E screw-termination assembly. Where the male insert carries pin contacts and is typically mounted in the fixed panel-side base, the female insert carries socket contacts and occupies the cable-side hood, receiving the male pins during connector engagement.

All electrical ratings, materials, approvals, and compliance data are identical to the male insert. The female insert is marginally heavier — 51 g vs 47.4 g — reflecting the additional material in the socket contact geometry compared to pin contacts.

Female Socket Insert for Size 6B Han E Assemblies

Six female socket contacts plus a PE contact, all screw-terminated directly in the polycarbonate insert body. Conductors are inserted and secured by screw clamp at 0.5 Nm — no separate crimp contacts, no crimp tooling required. Wire protection is included to guard conductor strands against vibration fatigue at the termination point. The female insert typically occupies the cable-side hood of the connector assembly, though this convention can be reversed to suit application safety requirements.
