The Harting 09330102601 Han E 10 Pos. M Insert Screw is a 10-contact male screw-termination insert for the HARTING Han E® connector system, sized to fit Han B size 10B housings. It delivers 10 power/signal positions plus a dedicated PE (protective earth) contact in a single insert body — providing greater circuit density than the 6-position equivalent (09 33 006 2601) while using the same screw-termination approach and identical electrical ratings. All 10 contacts are terminated by screw clamp directly in the polycarbonate insert body; no separate crimp contacts or crimp tooling are required.

Rated at 16 A per contact and 500 V, with a conductor range of 0.75 to 2.5 mm² (AWG 18 to AWG 14), it suits mixed-wiring applications in industrial automation, machine building, control panels, and marine/offshore installations. DNV GL approved; certified to UL 1977, UL 2237, and CSA-C22.2 No. 182.3.

10 Positions in Size 10B: Stepping Up from the 6-Position Insert

The Han E screw-termination insert range scales with the Han B housing size. The 6-position insert (09 33 006 2601) fits size 6B housings; this 10-position insert fits the larger size 10B housing, adding four additional circuit positions in the same connector footprint philosophy. This makes the 10B insert the natural choice where six positions are insufficient — for example, in three-phase motor connections with separate control and signal conductors, or multi-function machine connections combining power, auxiliary supply, and control circuits. The female counterpart for this insert is the Han E 10 Pos. F Insert Screw (09 33 010 2701).

Insert Configuration and Termination

10 male pin contacts plus 1 PE contact. Wire protection is included at each termination position. Conductors are stripped to 7.5 mm and inserted into the screw clamp, tightened to 0.5 Nm. The assembly is straightforward without specialist tooling, and contacts can be re-terminated in the field.
