Han E 10 Pin+E Female Insert Screw 16A Size 10B

The Harting 09330102701 Han E 10 Pos. F Insert Screw is the female (socket) screw-termination insert for the HARTING Han E® connector system, sized for Han B size 10B housings. It is the direct mating counterpart to the Han E 10 Pos. M Insert Screw (09 33 010 2601) — together they form the complete male/female insert pair for a 10-contact + PE Han E screw-termination assembly in a 10B housing. The female insert carries socket contacts and typically occupies the cable-side hood, receiving the male pins on mating.

All electrical ratings, materials, termination method, approvals, and compliance data are identical to the male insert (09 33 010 2601). The female insert weighs 60 g, marginally less than the male at 61.44 g.

Female Socket Insert for Size 10B Han E Assemblies

Ten female socket contacts plus a PE contact, all screw-terminated directly in the polycarbonate insert body. No separate crimp contacts or crimping tools are required — conductors are stripped to 7.5 mm and secured by screw clamp at 0.5 Nm. Wire protection is included at each position to guard against conductor fatigue from vibration. The female insert occupies the cable-side hood in the standard assembly convention, though this can be reversed for applications where socket contacts are preferred on the fixed panel side.

For applications requiring fewer circuit positions, the equivalent 6-contact female insert is the Han E 06 Pos. F Insert Screw (09 33 006 2701).
