The Harting 09330242601 Han E 24 Pos. M Insert Screw is a 24-contact male screw-termination insert for the HARTING Han E® connector system, sized to fit Han B size 24B housings. It is the largest-capacity insert in the Han E screw-termination range, providing 24 power/signal positions plus a dedicated PE contact in a single insert body. This makes it the right choice wherever the maximum number of circuits must pass through a single Han® connector without additional connectors or junction points — complex machine wiring, multi-axis automation systems, dense control panel assemblies, and modular industrial equipment where minimising connector count is a priority.

Like all inserts in the Han E screw-termination range, conductors are secured directly by screw clamp in the insert body — no separate crimp contacts or tooling required. Electrical ratings, materials, and approvals are identical across the full range. The female counterpart for this insert is the Han E 24 Pos. F Insert Screw (09 33 024 2701).

Insert Configuration and Termination

24 male pin contacts plus 1 PE contact. Wire protection is included at each position. Conductors are stripped to 7.5 mm and secured by screw clamp at 0.5 Nm — straightforward field installation without specialist tooling, with re-termination possible in the field.
