Single Cell Platform with Stainless Steel Loading Plate, Max 600kg

Built around a single IP65-rated aluminium alloy load cell, the ACN is a tough industrial platform scale that provides strong defence against dust and moisture in harsh manufacturing or warehousing settings. The frame is a painted steel tubular framework with an AISI 304 stainless steel loading plate on top that combines a corrosion-resistant, easily cleaned weighing surface with structural stability. For stable, level placement on the shop floor, it is supported by polyamide feet and galvanised steel.

Platform sizes scale from 300 x 300 mm for the 6–50 kilogram versions, 400 x 400 mm for the 60–150 kg models, 600 x 600 mm for the 60–300 kg models, and 800 x 800 mm for the 600 kg version. Capabilities range from 6 kg to 600 kg. OIML R60 Class C3 is the standard for accuracy, while the 6, 15, 30, 50, 150, and 300 kilogram versions offer C3/C4 dual-class choices. The platform can be easily paired with a weight indication to create a fully functional weighing station thanks to an integrated connection point that accepts an optional indicator-holder column.

ATEX approval for Zone 2-22, NTEP compliance for U.S./Canadian metrological regulations, and UKCA marking as the UK counterpart of CE are optional certifications that expand the ACN's reach into regulated and hazardous areas. The ACN is suitable for a variety of industrial weighing activities, from common floor scales to more regulated trade or hazardous-area applications, thanks to its stainless steel deck, IP65-rated cell, and customisable accuracy/certification options.
