Stainless Steel IP68 Single Cell Platform, Max 300Kg

The AILN is a robust stainless steel platform scale designed specifically for sanitary and washdown settings when a typical IP65 cell is insufficient. The platform is supported by stainless steel and polyamide feet, and its tubular frame and loading plate are both made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The AILN is an excellent choice for food processing, pharmaceutical and other frequently washed-down production areas because its core is a welded stainless steel AZLI load cell rated IP68. An IP69K option is available upon request for protection against high-pressure and steam-jet cleaning (tested at 100 bar, 80°C, over 250 seconds per DIN 40050-9).

There are two platform sizes: 400 x 400 mm for the 15–150 kg versions and 600 x 600 mm for the 200–300 kg models. Capabilities range from 15 kg to 300 kg, with a lower ceiling than the ACN/AIN platforms in the range. A built-in connection point accepts an optional indicator-holder column for a full weighing station setup, and standard accuracy satisfies OIML R60 Class C3.

The AILN provides the most certification options in the LAUMAS single-cell platform range for hazardous-area applications: ATEX Zone 2-22, ATEX Zone 1-21, and IECEx Zone 1-21, together with UKCA marking and NTEP compliance for trade-legal usage in the United States and Canada. When washdown intensity or explosive-atmosphere requirements surpass the capabilities of the normal AIN platform, the AILN is the preferred option due to its IP68/IP69K-rated load cell and all-stainless construction.
