Stainless Steel Single Cell Platform, Max 600Kg

The AIN platform scale is made entirely of stainless steel and is intended for settings where washdown durability and corrosion resistance are crucial. The platform is ideal for food processing, pharmaceutical, chemical, or other sanitary and corrosive-prone environments since both the tubular frame and the loading plate are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, and it is supported by stainless steel and polyamide feet. Its main component is an IP65-rated aluminium alloy load cell that protects against dust and moisture; for increased longevity, a special load cell protection kit is supplied on the 60–300 kg variants.

The platform footprint scales to correspond with the capacities, which range from 6 kg to 600 kg: 300 x 300 mm for 6–50 kg, 400 x 400 mm for 60–150 kg, 600 x 600 mm for 60–300 kg, and 800 x 800 mm for the 600 kg model. The 6, 15, 30, 50, 150, and 300 kilogram models have C3/C4 dual-class capability, and standard accuracy satisfies OIML R60 Class C3. The platform can be easily coupled with a weight indication for a full weighing station thanks to an integrated connection point for an optional indicator-holder column.

The AIN provides optional ATEX certification (Zone 2–22), NTEP compliance for trade-legal applications in the United States and Canada, and UKCA marking, which is the UK counterpart of CE, for usage in regulated or hazardous areas. The AIN is designed for industrial weighing activities that need hygiene, wash-down resistance, and long-term endurance.
