LEEG Instruments SMP858-TSD-S Gauge Pressure Transmitter

SMP858-TSD-S is an ideal hygienic gauge pressure transmitter, with high precision measurement for the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical applications. Consisting of advanced piezoresistive silicon sensing housed in a fully welded 316L stainless steel enclosure allows the unit to function as a reliable and contamination free operation. Designed for CIP/SIP cleaning and sterilization, it features a smooth diaphragm surface of Ra ≤ 0.4 μm and FDA-compliant filling fluid which ensures strict hygiene compliance while preventing any residue buildup. This transmitter has a measuring range of 100mbar to 400 bar (10 kPa to up to 40 MPa) with a typical accuracy of ±0.2% URL. The transmitter features dual diaphragm overload protection, multiple temperature and linearity compensation for improved accuracy, and supports outputs such as 4–20 mA and HART, along with a variety of sanitary process connections and certifications including 3-A, EHEDG, and CE, making it a dependable solution for critical hygienic process control.
