Consisting of advanced piezoresistive silicon sensing housed in a fully welded 316L stainless steel enclosure allows the unit to function as a reliable and contamination free operation. Designed for CIP/SIP cleaning and sterilization, it features a smooth diaphragm surface of Ra ≤ 0.4 μm and FDA-compliant filling fluid which ensures strict hygiene compliance while preventing any residue buildup. This transmitter has a measuring range of 100mbar to 30 bar (10 kPa to up to 3 MPa) with a typical accuracy of ±0.2% URL. It delivers stable and accurate pressure readings even for viscous, particulate, or contaminated media. The transmitter features a double-diaphragm anti-condensation design, 350° rotatable display, and multiple process connections, along with 4–20 mA and HART output options, making it a durable and versatile solution for demanding sanitary process control environments.
