Variable Speed Peristaltic Dosing Pump

For laboratory and low-volume process control applications, such as chemical dosing on industrial and water treatment sites, the affordable easyFLOW-VS peristaltic dosing pump is manufactured in Australia. Santoprene tubing, which is resistant to chemicals, is used in its single pump head, which can deliver up to 5 L/Hr at full speed with the normal tube (1.6 L/Hr with the optional tiny tube). With a zero-point trimmer for calibration and a jumper-selectable fixed 50% speed preset for low-rate accuracy, speed can be adjusted via the front-panel Dose Rate dial or transferred to an external controller (such as a TPS miniCHEM/proCHEM) for on/off switching or proportional 4–20 mA / 0–1 V control.

The enclosure is IP65-rated for outdoor or wet-area operation, and power is supplied via a low-voltage 24V DC converter (unit draws about 200 mA). The AC/DC adaptor, 4 m of pump tubing, a chemical drum lid with gland fitting and tube weight, an injection tee, extra pump tubes, lubricant, and external control cables are all included in the standard package, which is covered by TPS's 12-month guarantee and local service assistance.
