Absolute Pressure Transmitters with IECEx option

The ESI PROTRAN PR3110 is a series of industrial pressure transmitters designed for accurate measurement in low-pressure fluid and gas applications. They utilise isolated piezoresistive silicon strain gauge technology paired with a custom IC amplifier to provide high stability and accuracy over its service life.

Construction & Performance

• Material: These devices are robustly constructed with SAE 316 stainless steel wetted parts and a nitrile (NBR) sea.
• Accuracy: Offer an accuracy of ≤ ±0.3$% span BFSL with a zero offset and span tolerance of ±0.5$% FS at room temperature.
• Adjustability: Feature accessible trimming potentiometers for approximately ±5$% FS adjustment.
• Response Time: Optimised for rapid data acquisition with a 1 ms response time (10–90%).

Technical Specifications

• Pressure Ranges: Available from 0–100 mbar to 0–100 bar (or 0–2 psi to 0–1450 psi) in gauge or absolute references.
• Barometric Options: Specialised ranges such as 700–1100 mbar are also available on request.
• Output & Power: Standard 4–20 mA two-wire output (powered by 13–36 VDC), with optional 0–5 Vdc or 0–10 Vdc signals.
• Protection: Rated IP65 with a standard EN175301-803 Form A mating socket and protected against supply voltage reversal up to 50 V.
