Painted Steel Platform - Four IP68 Load Cells, Max 3000Kg

The P is a heavy-duty painted steel floor scale designed for larger-capacity industrial weighing, in contrast to the single-cell platforms of the LAUMAS series. An IP67 stainless steel junction box with an equalisation board and a five-meter, six-wire output cable is connected to four FTP shear beam load cells constructed of AISI 420 stainless steel with an IP68 rating (IP69K is available upon request). Self-centering jointed feet made of galvanised steel that adjust to uneven terrain support the platform, and inspectable compartments offer easy access to the load cells and junction box for maintenance. Two M12 holes are included for lifting eyebolts, which facilitates installation and relocation.

Common capacities go up to 1500 kg or 3000 kg over three footprints: 1250 x 1250 mm, 1200 x 1500 mm, and 1500 x 1500 mm. There are six common size/capacity combinations available. For larger loads, custom platforms up to 2500 x 2500 mm and 6000 kg are available upon request. The accuracy standard is OIML R60 Class C3.

Like other platforms in the family, the P offers ATEX certification for both Zone 2-22 and Zone 1-21 in addition to UKCA marking, the UK equivalent of CE. The P's robust coated steel construction, high-capacity load cells, and scalable custom sizing make it suitable for demanding industrial floor-weighing applications, such as pallets, bins, machines, or bulk loads, where the lighter-duty PM or single-cell platforms are insufficient.
