AISI 304 Stainless Steel Platform Scale with Four IP68 Load Cells, Max 3000Kg

The P-INOX is a sturdy, all-stainless floor scale that extends the high-capacity capabilities of the P platform to corrosive and sanitary settings. Completely constructed of AISI 304 stainless steel, it is equipped with four FT-P shear beam load cells made of 17-4 PH stainless steel that are rated IP68 (IP69K is available upon request). These cells are hooked into an IP67 stainless steel junction box that has an equalisation board and a 5 m, 6-wire output cable. The platform is supported by AISI 304 stainless steel self-centering jointed feet that adapt to uneven flooring, and inspectable compartments provide easy access to the load cells and junction box for maintenance or cleaning. There are two built-in M12 holes for hoisting.

Four basic size/capacity combinations are available, with standard capacities ranging from 1500 kg to 3000 kg over two footprints: 1250 x 1250 mm and 1500 x 1500 mm. Custom platforms that match the painted-steel P are available upon request for bigger loads up to 2500 x 2500 mm and 6000 kg. OIML R60 Class C3 is met by accuracy.

The P-INOX provides IECEx Zone 1-21 approval, ATEX certification for both Zone 2-22 and Zone 1-21, and UKCA marking, the UK equivalent of CE, for use in hazardous areas. Where washdown resistance, corrosion prevention, or hygienic standards are important, such as in food processing, chemical, or pharmaceutical settings, the P-INOX is the obvious choice over the painted-steel P due to its totally stainless construction and inspectable design.
