Ultra-light Aluminium Platform - Four IP68 Load Cells, only 1000Kg option

Despite having a large 1200 by 1600 mm footprint and a 1000 kg capacity, the PM is a portable floor scale made of anodised aluminium that weighs only 55 kg. Trolleys, pallets, and wheeled items can roll directly on and off thanks to integrated ramps and sideguards, and the platform's built-in carrying handles and wheels make it simple to transport and reposition within a facility.

Four FTP shear beam load cells made of AISI 420 stainless steel, rated IP68 (IP69K is available upon request), are used for weighing. They are connected to a stainless steel IP67 junction box with an equalisation board and a 5 m, 6-wire output cable. For safe footing even on uneven flooring, the platform is supported by adjustable galvanised steel feet that self-center on a sphere. OIML R60 Class C3 is met with standard precision.

In contrast to the single-cell ACN/AIN/AILN/MN platforms, the PM offers ATEX certification for both Zone 2-22 and the more stringent Zone 1-21, together with IECEx Zone 1-21 clearance, for hazardous-area applications. The UK equivalent of CE is UKCA marking. The PM is ideal for situations like weighing loaded trolleys or pallets where the scale itself must move around the site since it combines a sturdy 1-ton capacity with genuinely portable, ultra-light construction.

The PM is available in 1000 Kg capacity with platform size of 1200 x 1600 mm.
