Inspectable AISI 304 Stainless Steel Platform - Four IP68 Load Cells, Max 3000Kg

Built completely of AISI 304 stainless steel, the PO is a heavy-duty floor scale intended for tough industrial settings where inspectability and sanitation are just as important as capacity. Its most notable feature is the tipper loading plate; without removing the platform from its base, the entire deck lifts open on a gas strut to provide complete access to the four load cells and junction box beneath for cleaning, inspection or service.

Four FT-P shear beam load cells (available in 500 kg or 1000 kg versions) made of 17-4 PH stainless steel and rated IP68 handle weighing; an IP69K option is available upon request for high-pressure and steam-jet washdown (tested at 100 bar, 80°C, and more than 250 seconds per DIN 40050-9). These are connected to an IP67 stainless steel junction box by a 5-meter, six-wire output line and an equalisation board. The platform has four welded lifting lugs that facilitate positioning and relocation, and it is supported by AISI 304 stainless steel adjustable feet that self-center on a sphere.

There are seven typical size/capacity combinations with capacities up to 3000 kg, ranging from 800 x 800 mm at 600 kg to 1500 x 1500 mm at 3000 kg. OIML R60 Class C3 is met by accuracy. In addition to IECEx Zone 1-21 approval, which matches the PM platform's wider hazardous-area range, and UKCA marking, which is the UK counterpart of CE, the PO provides ATEX certification for both Zone 2-22 and Zone 1-21 for hazardous-area applications. For flush-mounted, in-floor installation, an optional TELP galvanised steel pit frame is offered in all four standard sizes.
