SMP858-TSH-S Gauge Pressure Transmitter

SMP858-TSH-S is an ideal hygienic gauge pressure transmitter, offering high-precision measurement for food, beverage, and pharmaceutical applications. With advanced piezoresistive silicon sensing housed in a fully welded 316L stainless steel enclosure, the unit delivers reliable, contamination-free operation. 

Designed for CIP/SIP cleaning and sterilisation, it features a smooth diaphragm surface (Ra ≤ 0.4 μm) and FDA-compliant filling fluid, ensuring strict hygiene compliance and preventing residue buildup. This transmitter has a measuring range of 100 mbar to 400 bar (10 kPa to 40 MPa) with a typical accuracy of ±0.2% URL. It delivers stable, accurate pressure readings even in viscous, particulate, or contaminated media. 

The transmitter features dual diaphragm overload protection, an isolated air cavity to prevent condensation, and a flush diaphragm capable of handling temperatures up to 150 °C, along with multiple output options such as 4–20 mA, HART, and Modbus RS485, making it a robust and versatile solution for critical hygienic process control.
