Are you looking for a hand-held moisture meter? ADM has a variety of models for your specific requirements.

To get the suitable device for your application, let us first differentiate a hygrometer from a humidity and temperature meter. A hygrometer measures humidity, or the water vapour content in the air, whereas a humidity and temperature meter (thermometer) does that and also measures air temperature.

Both Lutron models, HT-3006HA and HT-3027SD, are suitable for various applications, such as heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), environmental monitoring, agriculture, building maintenance, industrial processes (manufacturing: pharmaceuticals, food processing, electronics, etc.), and more.

However, if you also need to monitor air temperature, the Lutron HT-3006HA is the more suitable option.

For easy comparison, here is a list of each model’s features, with key differences in bold.
